I know a lot of that has to do with the instructors and I can only hope to follow in their footsteps and pass on the experience and knowledge I have gained in the industry. He covered a bit of everything- from news casting to sports casting to reporting at City Hall, Board of Education, various court proceedings and elections at all levels of government.

He also did colour commentary on OHL games and hosted a nightly sports talk show called "Sportsticker. Shortly after that he moved to TSN and holds his current roles as story editor and associate as well as hosting on radio. To have an opportunity to share some of that knowledge means a great deal to me. To be part of this industry has been a privilege.

It is an honour to help groom those who will be part of this industry for years to come. Jason began his TV career at an early age, volunteering in Ottawa as a teenager. Since then, he has wanted nothing more than to work in television. In that time, he also created and produced original shows The Lab and Stat Attack. When The Score became a part of the Sportsnet family he started promo editing and has been there ever since.

Jason has practical knowledge of virtually every position behind the camera giving him an ability to teach editing not just as an editor, but as a part of the production process.

I look forward to the classes as much as the students. Tyler graduated from The College of Sports Media ina member of the inaugural graduating class, and began an internship with Fight Network. His current roles include the oversight of the production staff, implementation of new technologies, delivery and distribution of video assets and optimizations of workflows for new acquisitions.

I'm excited to have the opportunity to help another generation of sports media professionals take the next step in their careers, and be as prepared to work as possible. Paul graduated from Mohawk College with a diploma in television production in and started his freelance career right out of college by landing a job at the SkyDome aka Rogers Centre with the video scoreboard covering Blue Jays baseball and Argo football plus several other events which have taken place there over the past 30 years.

He has also shot for the Business News Network and several other independent production companies. He freelanced for many years at Cogeco in Burlington where he shot, directed and edited several studio, mobile and single camera productions. Being part of the students learning process and watch them succeed is a tremendous experience! Ray Williams is a Broadcast Journalist who has been active in the sports media for three decades.

In Ray founded Broadcastsports. The College of Sports Media's mandate is to replicate that practice where Industry professionals will pass on the skills required to be successful. As Radio Coordinator my role is to ensure that all students attain that knowledge base to make them successful players in the broadcasting field. With 25 years of experience in the media industry, including two decades in Canadian Sports Television, Kristian Jack has shown the ability to produce content and cover the world's most popular sport - soccer - like no one else in the country.

Through dedication, professionalism, and a strong work ethic, Kristian established himself as Canada's most trusted voice on the beautiful game. Kristian specialized in an analyst role, telling stories around the sport as well as tactically breaking down matches. He regularly hosted live broadcasts and was a reporter for major events asking the right questions of athletes prior, during, and after games.

In addition to his role in front of the camera and behind the microphone, his knowledge of the media industry helped him regularly contribute behind the scenes in an executive producer role where he maintained a high level of performance and a level of accuracy with each broadcast that was reached by all members of the team, ensuring each show was informed, entertained, and educated audiences.

My passion for sports is equal to my appetite for helping people. I enjoy sharing my experiences with the next generation of talented media professionals, who will take this industry to a level none of us in the previous generation would have been able to. The College of Sports Media has an unprecedented record of developing such talent, including some of whom I have already had the pleasure of working with professionally.
